How To Return

RETURNS & EXCHANGE ITEM

                    A.    Returns only apply on payment by bank transfer.

                    B.    Returns only valid for products damaged and there is no stock in our

                           warehouse.

                    C.    Contact us before you return your products and send photos of your damage

                           products to us, and you will be given a return form.

                    D.    Send the items that you want to restore by delivering directly to our

                           office/warehouse (the shipment fee will be on customer’s payment.

                    E.    Include the return form along with the items you want to restore.

                    F.     Items must be returned within the warranty period of 5 working days.

                           Warranty period starts from the time you receive your order.

                    G.    Your money will be returned within 7 working days since we received your
