VG WASH is a liquid chlorine sanitiser that use for sanitation process, dairy and beverage industries. As multi-use chlorine sanitizer for: sanitizing nonporous food contact equipment, bacteriophage control, fruit vegetable washing and contionuous treatment of meat and poultry or fruit and vegetable conveyors.

This product degrades because of evaporation, use chlorine test kit and if necessary add more chlorine material, to obtain the reuired level of available chlorine.

DOSAGES: 

For contact surfaces                                                                                  : 25 - 50 pp

Treatment of kitchen & food utensil stainless steel high grade material based : 200 ppm

CAUTION & FIRST AID:

1. Keep away from children, food & pet.

2. Do not drink.

3. Avoid contact with eyes, skin & inhaling.

4. Use rubber gloves, rubber shoes when using this product. After use please wash hands, rubber gloves & shoes with water & soap.

5. Do not dispose or its used-container in river, canal or public water.

6. If skin contact: flush with plenty of water. Wash with soap & water. Get medical attention if irritation occurs. Wash clothing before reuse.

7. If eyes contact: in case of contact, immediately flush eyes with cool running water. Remove contact lenses & continue flushing with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately.

8. If inhalation: bring to open place as having fresh air.

9. If swallowed: rinse mouth; then drink one or two large glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention immediately.

CLEAN STEPS :

1. Vegetables & fruits : soak vegetables / fruit ± 1 minute, rinse with running ready to drink water.
2. Eggs : soak ± 1 minute, clean the egg shell & rinse.
3. Cups & glasses : after washing with a solution of GENERAL CLEANER, soak in the sink ± 1 minute sanitation, then drain.
4. Large equipment : after washing, sanitation process with a clean rag moistened VG WASH solution (not too wet), then let it dry. Replace the over use solution.
